Unearthing Faith while Burying the Dead

Unearthing Faith while Burying the Dead

A Jewish woman came to me for words of encouragement. She was on her way to bury her two children, who had been killed in a car accident.

She had no grievance toward G-d. She asked no questions and came only to hear words of hope and faith.

I was extremely impressed by this woman’s strong spirit.

The only way to navigate one’s way amid the turbulence of trials and tribulations is by strengthening one’s faith in Hashem and recognizing that everything that takes place in this world is by His word only.

At times, we cannot understand, with our limited logic, what transpires in this world. We are merely human and do not comprehend Heavenly calculations. But we must always remember that whatever Hashem does is for our ultimate best.
