She constantly asked for my blessings to be spared from her difficulties. I wondered to myself: \u201cWhat is causing her so many problems?\u201d I began investigating this woman\u2019s lifestyle and discovered that she was steeped in sin, <em>rachmana litzlan<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>I asked her, \u201cHow can you ask for Hashem\u2019s <em>berachah<\/em>, when you don\u2019t make yourself into a fitting vessel to contain it? Don\u2019t you realize that your sins are destroying you, allowing any <em>berachah<\/em> you are given to seep out?!<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIf you truly desire Hashem\u2019s berachah and deliverance from the mess you are in, you must do complete teshuvah for your sinful ways. You must accept upon yourself the yoke of mitzvot, like any fine Jew.
