Although this Rabbanit had been married for over fifteen years, she did not have children. This distressed her greatly.<\/p>\n<p>She once came to me, and weeping pitifully, begged to be granted a child of her own. I took a Sefer Tehillim which was lying on the desk and instructed her to open it to any page. She did as I told her.<\/p>\n<p>I put my finger on a pasuk which appeared there, and read (<em>Tehillim<\/em> 40:9), \u201cTo fulfill Your will, O G-d, do I desire, and Your Torah is in my innards.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Turning to the woman, I said, \u201cIf you desire to have healthy children, you must strengthen your faith. Additionally, encourage your husband to add more hours to his Torah learning.
