One day, I asked him to drive me somewhere. His young daughter was with us in the car, and his wife asked that he first bring her home and then take me to my destination. As we were in a rush, he brought her to the house, opened the car door, and instructed her to go straight home. But he did not watch her go into the house.<\/p>\n<p>After some time, his wife called him up and asked where their daughter was. Mr. Abadi was surprised and said that he had brought her to their house. His wife said that the girl never came home.<\/p>\n<p>A full two hours passed with no clue as to the girl\u2019s whereabouts. We all began to worry that she was hurt. I was filled with guilt that this was all my fault. After another tension-filled hour, the little girl found her way home. Her mother flew to her, asking where she had been all this time.<\/p>\n<p>The girl replied, \u201cFather brought me to the house, but suddenly, a strange car stopped. The driver pulled me into his car, and I couldn\u2019t do a thing to stop him. We drove around for a long time, until he brought me back and ordered me to go home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Until this day, it is not clear what occurred to the girl all those hours. Was it an attempted kidnapping or something else? Who was the strange driver, and what were his intentions?<\/p>\n<p><em>But one thing is clear. Messengers of a mitzvah are never harmed.
